The outdoor living room is covered under a tall patio roof with comfortable lounge seating, flatscreen TV with Airplay options and space heaters. The home is eco-friendly and offers hi-speed wifi (up to 230 mbps), Smart TV's with Direct TV in the living room, outdoor space, and every bedroom. Family and dog-friendly, children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis with a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet.
