The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine, a utility with washing machine, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with TV with Freeview, Nintendo Wii, DVD player, CD player, selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), king-size and a single, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a private decking with furniture, ample lawn and surrounding woodland and lake, as well as off-road parking. Within 2.6 miles you will find both a shop and a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Dragonfly Lodge is a delightful base where you can bask in a rural Devon retreat. Note: Due to its remote location, WiFi at the property is intermittent. Note: No children under 8 years of age.

Area
The North Devon town of Woolfardisworthy, often known as Woolsery, is a small community with a neighbourhood store. Hundreds of acres of Forestry Commission woodland may be found in the nearby Hartland Forest, while Clovelly, a community known for its flower-adorned cottages and steep cobbled footpath that descends to the harbour from the 14th century, is only 5 miles distant. The National Trust's Heritage Coastline includes a large portion of the beachfront from Bideford to Bude and features breath-taking walks and stunning cliffs at Hartland Quay, which is only 6 miles distant. Surfing classes are offered in Bude, and Tamar Lakes has a water sports centre for anyone interested in other water sports.
