addremove
Set in an elevated position, this holiday home would make the perfect destination for those looking for a seaside property. Woolacombe is renowned for its 3 miles of golden sands and its independent shop and eateries. It s popular with surfers and paddleboarders, as well as those who love just watching the sunsets. For walking enthusiasts, you will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coast Path on your doorstep. Cyclists will love it here too, as the 180 mile Tarka Trail is also close by. Just 4 miles away is the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe and, from here, you can take a boat trip around the rugged coastline on a fishing trip or sail across to the unspoilt Lundy Island, home of the puffins. As you step into this beautiful open plan lounge, you will find large and comfy sofas to relax on after a busy day at the beach. There is a Smart TV and a wood burner (first basket of logs provided) to relax in front of on those cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a lovely breakfast before planning your next day's adventures. It includes a dual fuel range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There are four bedrooms, one of which is downstairs and has a double bed. There is also a downstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. This room also houses the washing machine. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: a king size bed with a Smart TV, a zip and link bed (can be made into twins on request) with a Smart TV, and a double bedroom. There is another bathroom on this floor that has a shower and a WC. Stepping outside through the large patio doors that lead off the lounge, there is a large, terraced area with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ so you can dine alfresco while overlooking the magnificent countryside views down to the beach. This is surrounded by glass balustrades but is not enclosed. At the rear of the property is a garden shed where you can store surfboards and bikes if needed and there is a handy outside tap to rinse off the sand. There is a steep driveway that leads up to the entrance. Here you can park up to three cars. There is also a carport at the bottom of the drive for another van/car if required.
