Description Cottage in North Devon: Winkleigh

This delightful property is found two miles from the village of Iddlesleigh, where Michael Morpurgo, author of acclaimed film War Horse, was first inspired to write the book.

He sat in the local pub, chatting with the First World War veteran and local man, Wilfred Ellis. Venture further afield and you ll discover many local attractions including Dartmoor, Exmoor, Lynton and Lynmouth to the north, Exmouth and Sidmouth to the south and the lovely beaches of Bude and Widemouth to the west.
