This Grade II listed property is located in the village of Icklesham in East Sussex. The village is a typical village for the area with cosy pubs and even a quirky windmill, which Paul McCartney once used as a recording studio. It is situated on the 1066 walk, which takes walkers from Pevensey to Rye via the town of Battle and is of great historic importance.
