Mallard is a spacious apartment resting within the centre of Whitby. It comes with off-road parking, two bedrooms, comprising a family bedroom with super-king-size double (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) and a single bed and super-king-size double (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, together sleeping up to five people. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC and an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. Mallard is a wonderful retreat for exploring the coastal location with your loved ones. Note: The apartment is set on the lower-ground-floor but is accessed via a flight of stairs, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
