During chillier weather, throw a log on the wood-burner and hole up in the lounge with a good book, play a board game around the table or settle down for a Netflix movie night. There's also a record player to set the mood.

Location-wise, you're just a six-minute stroll from Weymouth Harbour and fourteen from Weymouth's award-winning beach. When you're not enjoying fish and chips by the water or lounging in the sand, spend your afternoons discovering the town's trendy art galleries, boutique shops and array of pubs and eateries. Walks along the Jurassic Coast are easily reached by car, but with so much on your doorstep, who'd want to leave?
