Sand Bay, a two-mile drive away, offers a pristine beach for horseback riding year-round. It's only a short drive from the Cheddar Caves and Gorge to the historic city of Wells and Glastonbury Tor, where King Arthur is said to have been buried. Additionally, the stunning coastline, cliffs and bays of the Exmoor National Park and its famous ponies can be found further afield.
