Far enough from the tourist crowds yet still within reach of Venice’s most notable sights, this two-level apartment offers a comfortable base from which to explore the city. Located in the Cannaregio district with plenty of local restaurants nearby, you’ll get a taste of true Venetian living here. At full capacity, two guests will need to share the living room’s sofa bed, and the upstairs bedroom only has an internal window. But a patio area is a nice touch – perfect for enjoying morning espressos and evening glasses of Italian wine.

It's laid over two floors with internal stairs leading up to the bedroom. The bedroom only has an interior window.
At capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
The kitchenette is compact and better suited to light bites.

The patio isn't fully private as it is only separated from the neighbouring patios by small potted plants.
Given the home's position in an apartment building, you may hear some noise from the neighbours.
