You’ll be walking distance from an array of bars, restaurants, and shops, a ten-minute drive from the beautiful Tulum Beach, and a five-minute drive from the Mayan ruins of Tulum – one of the most visited archaeological sites in Mexico. While the apartment is compact, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as access to the communal rooftop swimming pool.

The swimming pool and poolside terrace are communal areas and are shared with the building’s other guests. *Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. *Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free on-site parking is available. *Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. *Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
