That being said, you might not even want to head over to the seaside when you take into consideration the incredible outdoor space at your disposal at the address. Scorching hot afternoons can be spent jumping in and out of the home's swimming pool, which looks out to peaceful views of the locale. Add into the mix plenty of loungers, a Balinese bed and a verandah in case you're in need of a little shade, and it's like you have your very own beach club to yourselves.

Although it's very much an address that prioritises the alfresco way of life, the interior won't disappoint when you finally head indoors for the night. The design manages to combine rustic elements typical of the region, like exposed stonework and terracotta tiling underfoot, with more contemporary finishes in the stylish living room and kitchen.

Aside from the aforementioned stretch of coastline, there are plenty of distractions that lie nearby. The Sierras of Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama Natural Park starts ten minutes' drive from the home and contains a wealth of walking routes and scenic points. You can also get to the city of Malaga in around forty-five minutes, which is ideal for a day trip spent hopping around galleries, shops and cafes.
