Dating back to 1872, the original design of this Torquay home was inspired by an Italian villa. Now, this unique landmark welcomes you to experience its special charm and character. Consisting of two connected apartments, the rooms are well suited to families with incredible views across the coastline. At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area, but this is handy option for kids. Plus, guests can enjoy access to a hot tub and a sea facing terrace with a barbecue. There’s also plenty to explore in the surroundings with Dartmouth and Totnes within easy reach.
