A trip across on the Cremyll Ferry is a must to discover the foodie s paradise that is the Royal William Yard (9 miles) or explore the Barbican area of Plymouth (9 miles) by catching the ferry direct from Cawsand beach. This is the most sheltered beach for paddle boarding and canoeing due to its shallow waters and location. Nearby is the historic Mount Edgcumbe (3 miles) with its 865 acre estate, café and gardens. Attractions in the area include the National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project, both within 40 miles and Adrenalin Quarry and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro 16 miles away. Enter into this stunning property, up a steep external step, via the entrance hallway and straight into the absolutely fabulous kitchen/diner. complete with huge polished concrete dining table, the perfect place to sit, eat, relax and get the family all together for a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric Range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, second fridge and coffee machine. There is also a washer/dryer and TV. Outside is an enclosed decked patio area with garden furniture overlooking the sea with access directly onto the beach. You can offload your belongings outside the property and then parking can be found at Kingsand Car Park for a charge of 25 for the week, you can also find parking at Jackman's meadow just a few yards from the property.
