Wake up each morning and pad out to the terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and delicious breakfast in the fresh air. Then, take a dip in the pool, admiring how the sea sparkles in the sunlight as Dinos Island (the birthplace of Apollo) rises on the horizon. Afternoons are best spent on the resort, sipping cocktails at the poolside bar and sampling the local cuisine in the on-site restaurant. On request, you can also organise yoga lessons, massages, beauty treatments and private chefs – sounds pretty relaxing to us. For a beach day, make the short journey to Paralia Agios Fokas – a five-minute drive for fifteen on foot – and sprawl out in the sand. Or, if you're keen to explore, Tinos is ten minutes by car and has gourmet restaurants, daily markets and ferries departing for other islands in the Cyclades.
