The property is perfectly situated on a side street in Tenby just outside its famous town walls, with all amenities within walking distance. The supermarket is less than two hundred yards away and the town centre can be reached within 300 yards. Tenby town centre is bursting with independent shops, bars and restaurants giving you plenty to see and do come rain or shine. North Beach is just 700 yards away where you can enjoy a day on the vast golden sand looking out towards Goscar Rock and the iconic harbour. As you enter the property you are welcomed into an inviting porch area where you can store coats and shoes. Through into the main hallway, you will find the cosy lounge to your left with two comfortable sofas and a stylish armchair nestled around the television and a wood burner effect gas fire. Curl up after a day at the beach and unwind enjoying your favourite programmes or reading a book. Further down the hall is the dining room, which can comfortably seat six for a meal or to enjoy a family games night. At the end of the hallway is the kitchen which has been equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, plus all the basic necessities you will need to rustle up a hearty breakfast, your evening meal or a picnic for the beach.
