Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
With a chic industrial feel and a homely atmosphere, Industrial Nomad is incredibly stylish. We love the meticulous attention to detail, with beautifully curated art, colours, and materials in abundance. There are lots of things to like about this home, but the stylish master bedroom must be our favourite – especially because of the bathtub. As it’s right by Independence Park, you’re also in an excellent location. Dizengoff Square isn’t too far away either – and if you feel like a day at the beach, you’ll find several of Tel Aviv’s finest nearby.

Home truths
Not everyone will love the free work-out – it’s on the second floor with no lift (you have to climb fifty steps)
Bedroom two and three aren’t as luxurious as the master bedroom
The en-suite to the master bedroom is super cool – but it might not be to everyone’s taste to have transparent walls between the bedroom/bathroom and a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom
Bathroom two could do with some love – it was a little tired-looking when we visited

About Old North
Spanning from Arzolorov Street to Park Hayarkon, the Old North is a well-kept neighbourhood full of classy sea-facing bistros serving Mediterranean delicacies as well as chic cafés and mainstream shopping streets. Its most famous street is Dizengoff Street. Even though many of the shops are high-end, the restaurants and bars are affordable, and many Tel-Avivians come here to enjoy a drink in some of the stylish cocktail bars that are dotted along the street and its offshoots.
