Sisial-y-Mor is a converted barn in the village of Tal-y-Bont in North Wales. It has two bedrooms comprising a king size and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room. To the outsdie there is off road parking, an external utility and a courtyard with a bench. Sisial-y-Mor is a cosy cottage in a brilliant coastal location. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Area
This village lies between Barmouth and the World Heritage Site of Harlech, surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park. It has a reastaurant, pub and a beach. A base for walking, cycling, fishing and, Barmouth boasts a beach, a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Mount Cader Idris is nearby for you walkers and cyclists. Blaenau Ffestiniog has Zip World Titan, Bounce Below and Zip Caverns.

Use of indoor heated swimming pool in owner's nearby caravan park, 1st March - End of November. Pool is a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk. Boat launching facilities in caravan park. Secure bike storage. Off road parking for 2 cars, boats etc. Open courtyard with picnic bench for own use. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles , pub and bistro restaurant 10 mins walk. Rural award-winning beach 10 mins walk. Note: Within a 5 minute walk there is a restaurant/bistro which is available all year, there is also an arcade, entertainment lounge, Ice cream parlour, fish & chip take away, convenience store which is available from April - October. Note: Campsites nearby, associated noise may be experienced. Please be aware that the swimming pool wont be available until March 2021
