Grooms Cottage is a stylish, bright and airy cottage in the grounds of striking Grade II listed Talaton House.The cottage sleeps three people, two in a ground floor double bedroom and one in a single bed on a first floor mezzanine overlooking the living space. No children under the age of 12 due to the mezzanine. They share a wet/shower room. On the ground floor the living area is open plan with a sitting area, sleek kitchen and dining area with full height glazed doors overlooking open parkland. Outside you'll find a little seating area, attractive gravelled terrace, parking for two cars and you are of course welcome to use the extensive lawns and grounds. Grooms Cottage is a lovely house, ideal for a Devon holiday. Note: This property does not accept children under 12 due to the mezzanine. Ottery St Mary sits beside the River Otter and is well known for its literary connections to the poet Coleridge and for its beautiful church often referred to as a Exeter cathedral lookalike. Ottery St Mary is also famous for its traditional 'Tar Barrels' which attracts more than 3000 visitors on 5th November each year.
