This traditional villa is the perfect Tuscan escape. It's a fifteen-minute drive from Arezzo and less than ten from quaint Subbiano, so you'll have plenty to see nearby. On days when you’d prefer to stay at home, there’s a private swimming pool and a shared tennis court at your disposal. In the evening, we recommend making a beeline for the hot tub or enjoying a spritz or two on the terrace, where you can bask in the scenery of the rolling hills. The interiors here are dated but charming, and the kitchen has everything you need for fuss-free self-catering. We think it makes a great option for families.

*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. Parking is available on the premises.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot on request.
*The swimming pool is only available to use between 15th May and 15th September. It's unfenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times.
*The tennis court is shared with two other villas. The pool and Jacuzzi are private.
*Well-behaved pets are allowed on request.
