East View is a detached property, resting within the town of Stow-on-the-Wold. Inside, you will find four bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom, sleeping six people. There is also a family bathroom in addition to a downstairs cloakroom. Additional rooms include a kitchen/diner and a cosy sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a rear enclosed garden. East View is a superb base for a family getaway to the Cotswold. Cot and highchair available. The house is very well equipped for young children - there is a playroom with toys, a stair gate should you need it, bowls, cups and cutlery, safety plugs.

Area
Stow-on-the-Wold is an ancient market town which plays host to a biannual Gypsy Horse Fair, craft fairs and monthly Farmers' market,as well as an array shops, pubs and restaurants. The Stow Horse Fair is held twice a year, on the Thursday closest to 12th May and the Thursday closest to 24th October, this is a traditional fair for people to meet up and trade which dates back to 1476 when its Charter was granted; Stow is very busy for a day or two before and after each fair, and a number of shops, pubs and restaurants are closed. This area is a great base for walking within the entire countryside of the Cotswolds to be enjoyed. Cheltenham which is 20 miles away, plays host to the famous horse-racing festival in March and a superb selection of amenities.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
