In addition to Stokesley's weekly markets, it's perhaps best known as a gateway to the North York Moors, with the park's northwest borders approximately 4 miles away. However, you can admire the rugged landscapes and the distinctive silhouette of Roseberry Topping from the eastern end of the town.
