The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles, a loch and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are available. Hollybirch is a charming base for a relaxing escape to Scotland. Note: There are steps up to the property.

St Fillans is a picturesque lakeside village located at the eastern end of Loch Earn, nestled between Ardtrostan and Comrie. It is renowned for its prime location in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and offers various attractions like canoeing, boating, the St Fillans Monster, and the St Fillans Golf Club. The disused railway provides a footpath and cycle path leading to Comrie. Dining options include Achray House, The Four Seasons Hotel, a village cafe for light snacks, and terraced dining at the golf club, which also serves breakfast.
