The house features a log fire for those colder months and a modern open-plan dining area that opens up to a lovely wooden patio with barbecue facilities. The standout feature here however is its roof terrace complete with hot tub, overlooking the lake and surroundings. As the home is on an estate, it’s worth noting it may slightly impact your privacy, though guests will have access to the estate’s facilities, such as the swimming pools and award-winning spa.

*The single bed can be made into a double on request.
*You'll have access to communal on-site facilities, including the restaurant, gym, spa and pools. 
*There are two car parking spaces, but you can use the nearby car park for additional cars. There are also four electric vehicle charging points.
*We recommend bringing a torch, as there's no street lighting on the estate.
*Large single-sex groups aren't permitted and noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
*There are still homes that are undergoing final elements of construction, so you may see some machinery and workers.
