Description
Sullivan Street is partly cool (the sleekly styled open-plan living area is a particular case in point) and partly pretty, with its intricately papered bedrooms full of delicate accessories. What's more, it has a striking roof terrace, where a dining table and several snug seats overlook the city. Soho's trendy restaurants, cafés and bars are all within easy reach here. You'll also find upscale boutiques aplenty, plus the odd renowned art gallery. Please note this is a family home and has a zero tolerance policy for after hours noise and parties
Home truths
Currently, the central air conditioning on the top floor of the home is out of order. Until the repair is made, portable units have been installed. The repair is expected to be completed by the end of July 2017.

There is space for a double bed in the office if you need extra sleeping space for your stay. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
The sleeping arrangements and bedding configuration are flexible and can be re-arranged upon request.
There are stairs up to the entrance, and no elevator.
One loveable dog lived at this home until recently. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
The wifi speed in this home supports high usage for 3-4 users at a time, which includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running simultaneously.

Policies
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we'll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We'll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we'll check the lead guest's I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
