This simple, fuss-free villa holds a little something for everyone. If you want to spend your days lapping up the Sicilian sunshine, you can do so from the sun-kissed terraces or private pool, while golfers will be delighted to hear that the local course is a mere 500 metres away. If the coast’s calling your name, the sandy beaches of Fontane Bianche are a ten-minute drive, and for those with a sweet tooth, a visit to Modica is a must, where you can sample some authentic Modica chocolate.

Home truths:
*The swimming pool, available for use between 1st April and 31st October, isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*There are two dogs living nearby, more than 50 metres from the villa, in a separate, gated part of the property. This area is not accessible to guests.
*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
*The decor here is a little generic – those looking for a more luxurious stay may wish to look elsewhere.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
