The living areas in the semi-detached cottage consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is off-road parking with an electric charge point, along with shared, enclosed gardens with a gravelled area, lawn, furniture, and a barn with a fire pit and barbecue. Within 3.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.2, a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and stairgate are also provided.
