This lovely cottage is surrounded by rolling fields and offers a beautiful view over the water meadows where the River Tat joins the River Wensum. This is a great place for watching wildlife including deer and wild birds. Just a couple of miles away is the thriving traditional market town of Fakenham. Home of the famous Fakenham Raccourse and the Thursford Show, this delightful town has a choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as a cinema, the Corn Hall and flea market, as well as the popular Thursday auction and market which originated in 1250. You can visit the breath taking Pensthorpe Natural Park or the Holkham Estate, and the stunning northern coast of Norfolk is within easy reach.
