On an upland sheep farm is where you will find this cottage that boasts stunning views from the living room that stretch right across the Peak District. Each morning, why not enjoy a breakfast made from locally produced products which can be purchased at the mini farm shop, which sells farm-produced meats, and other locally produced artisan products? On sunny days, this breakfast can even be enjoyed alfresco in your private garden complete with patio furniture, overlooking the incredible countryside panorama. A short walk away from this home and you can reach the village pub, perfect for lunchtimes, and if your boots get wet and muddy in nature, then there’s a boot room for drying wet walking gear within the games room on-site. On rainy days, the games room – with its table tennis and pool tables, selection of board games and children's toys – is great for whiling away the hours. During the summer, your host provides outdoor games including rounders in one of the farm’s fields. In the evening, what could be better for dinnertime than firing up the barbecue and cooking some farm-produced meat, and dining alfresco with a view? Around the farm, there are also plenty of... additional communal seating areas to make the most of the beautiful surroundings, including, a firepit in the woods and a ‘sunset corner’ which provides the ideal spot for watching the sunset with a glass of wine in the summer. End your days here on a perfectly cosy note with an indulgent soak in the roll-top bathtub before you curl up on the velvet sofa or snuggle into bed, basking in the warmth of the double-sided log-burner.
