This cosy home is among a hamlet of villas perched on the edge of San Regolo. Alongside a small garden and a private terrace, you'll share access to the swimming pool with other guests – it's perfect for afternoon dips. The interiors are dated but charming, with a large eat-in kitchen that's the heart of the home. With Arezzo, Siena, and Gaiole in Chianti all within easy reach, exploring Tuscany is a no-brainer. You'll need a car here, but private parking is included – that's all our boxes ticked.
