From the surfboard on the wall to the proximity to Mission Beach (two minutes), this colourful home is all about the ocean. With a large, open-plan living space and sleek white kitchen, this three-storey townhouse is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to soak up the sun and catch some waves. The long black leather sofas in the lounge are great for movie nights, while the kitchen has enough space and appliances to host a dinner party. The bedrooms each have their own colour scheme too; the master suite is decked out in cooling greens, with a modern print hanging above the comfy bed. Things are just as bright in the third bedroom, where three queen-size beds mix up red furnishings against white walls. On warm evenings (so just about all of them), take to the beach – but make sure you're back in time for a piña colada and a barbecue on the Tiki-themed terrace as the sun sets.
