Prepare to have your mind blown at this contemporary beach pad with the most magnificent panoramas of Maspalomas Dunes we ever did see from a private rooftop terrace.

You could easily while away a whole day at this immaculate home, hopping between that top-floor terrace with an outdoor shower to cool off and downstairs on the shady veranda for lazy alfresco breakfasts and post-lunch siestas.

But when the sea finally calls, you won't have far to go. You've direct access to the Maspalomas Beach promenade and its silky golden sands (one hundred metres from your door, to be precise) – meaning you can nip back for a cool drink or nibbles whenever you please. Or mosey over to Maspalomas' seafront cafes and restaurants within walking distance to grab a bite to eat. Just be sure to head home for sunset – the views are out of this world way up high on the terrace.

When it's finally time to lay your heads, there's room for all ten of you to spill out here. A great option for friends or extended family sharing, the five bedrooms are spaced apart across two floors and all offer en-suite bathrooms to give guests that extra privacy. We'll leave you to decide though who lucks out on that enormous main suite bringing hacienda vibes and a sea view to boot.
