Sundowners is a detached holiday home sat within Salcombe in Devon. There are four bedrooms which include two super king-size rooms with en-suites and two twin zip/link rooms, also find a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep eight. Also inside, find a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with an open fire and a snug (logs not provided). To the outside, find a terrace with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Sundowners is a modern holiday cottage in an idyllic Devon location.

Four bedrooms, all on first floor: 2 x Super king bedrooms and ensuites with shower over bath, w.c, basin and heated towel rail; 2 x Twin bedrooms (both can be linked to create Super king beds - this must be requested at the time of booking). Additional sofa-bed on request in snug room at a cost of £200 per week. Shower room with shower, w.c and basin. Family bathroom with shower over bath, w.c, basin and heated towel rail. Cloakroom. Utility room. Sitting room. Kitchen/dining room. Snug.
Area
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
