Sweeping views over the Mediterranean Sea towards the Lérins Islands await from this hillside home’s sunny terrace and oval-shaped pool. Outdoor seating invites you to feast on the vistas over alfresco meals, while inside, the scenery can still be enjoyed from the plethora of French doors. While the decor here is on the functional side, the open-plan living area is perfect for socialising, and the main bedroom’s terrace access is a nice touch. When you’re ready to explore, walk fifteen minutes down the hill to the beach of 'La Figueirette' where you can rent watersports equipment for a day of seaside fun, or hop in the car to visit Saint-Raphaël and Cannes, both well worth a day-trip.

While the home itself is laid out over a single level, there are steps down to the pool area and terraced grounds. Due to the terraced nature of the grounds and the high terrace, children should be supervised at all times when outside.
Please note there is no lawn area here.
Air conditioning is only available in the living room.
The washing machine is located in the basement garage area.
