At chillier times of year, prepare family favourites in the whitewashed and wood kitchen, gather around the wooden table or gaze out to sea from the second dining area. Pick up a book or just give yourself permission to kick back and relax on the sofa in front of the fire before indulging in a long, hot soak in the tub. If you fancy a little more activity, spend the day down at the beach or try your hand at sailing, windsurfing or kitesurfing.
