The Elders is between Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, giving it the sort of advantage most flats can only dream of. For seeing the sights, there is no better location, but other people have noticed that, so be prepared for a lot of tourists streaming past your front door. Inside, the place is very pretty – most of the design is quite modern, but it’s juxtaposed with the original structural features, such as the fireplace or the ceiling beams.
