Surround yourself with history and culture, and be just a short stroll from the Circus Maximus, the Jewish Ghetto and the district of Trastevere. You'll find plenty of friendly bars and authentic restaurants nearby, as well as a village-like atmosphere running through the cobbled streets. And, after a day of sightseeing, return to your standing balcony for a refreshing drink as you perch and watch the locals go about their evening below. Although the apartment lacks a proper living area, we reckon you'll be too busy exploring the area to mind that much.
