Housed in a beautiful rose-coloured 19th-century building, this comfortable apartment in Rome’s Spagna neighbourhood puts you in an ideal position to soak up the city’s history.

Pared-back and decorated with a contemporary touch, this home offers a comfortable base with many a lovely detail that will help you feel rested and relaxed. We love the glossy marble floors that add a touch of luxe here and the shelves brimming with books that invite gentle reading on the sofa with an espresso or an aperitif in hand. The bedroom’s private balcony gives way to views over the Tiber River, while the sleek bathroom is a treat to wake up to each morning for a refreshing shower or a luxurious bath to end the night.

When it comes to sightseeing, you’ve got plenty to see and do within easy walking distance, including Piazza Navona (a nine-minute walk), the Pantheon (a ten-minute walk), Villa Borghese (a twelve-minute walk) and the ever-romantic Trevi Foutain (a fourteen-minute walk).
