This stunning contemporary villa takes inspiration from the traditional stone construction so widespread in this part of the world and updates it with clean, crisp lines, retractable glass doors and soaring ceilings throughout.

The open-plan space on the ground floor serves as a wonderful social space, with comfortable seating, an elegant eight-person dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, all in a monochrome colour palette of whites, greys and blacks. Three sets of retractable doors can be peeled back to reveal the poolside patio, covered outdoor seating and an alfresco dining area beneath a pergola.

Bedrooms are split between the ground and first floors, with one downstairs and three upstairs. All have en-suite bathrooms and outdoor access, either to the patio or the large balcony that runs across the pool-facing side of the villa.

You're well-positioned to explore nearby Traganou and Antoni Kouin beaches – both within a five-minute walk or drive, while proximity to Kalithies and Faliraki towns ensure you can easily stock up on essentials just a five-minute drive away. Fifteen minutes further on is the city of Rhodes, with its medieval Old Town and the imposing Palace of the Grand Master.
