You'll have your pick of rooftop terraces to watch the sunset and private pools to splash about in (though it's worth noting that not all the pools are open throughout the year). We recommend hiring a car here if you're hoping to pay a visit to Noto or Marzamemi or spots like Mount Etna or the Vendicari nature reserve.

*One of the three swimming pools is only open from 1st March to 30th November, and another is open between June and September. The third is open all year round.
