The beach is popular with both swimmers, stand up paddleboarders, kayakers and surfers alike; it s also ideal for families, dog walkers or anyone who wants to take advantage of the stunning Cornish coastline. Portreath has an array of shops, pubs, and restaurants and the beach is dog friendly (with some seasonal restrictions). There are numerous walks from your doorstep, ideal for those after a more active break. Explore the famous South West Coast Path or Coast to Coast cycle trail from here. Superb central location offers easy access to visit west and mid Cornwall including St Ives (16 miles), Truro (10 miles), Perranporth (11 miles), Newquay (18 miles) and the National Trust s Godrevy (7.5 miles) Step inside through the stunning bespoke stained glass front door into the perfect blend of history and modern comforts throughout. With exposed stone walls and deep window sills, this is a beautiful and comfortable cottage. Cosy up on the sofa and armchairs in front of the wood burner and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. There is also a utility area equipped with a washing machine and WC. From the kitchen, the dining room has plenty of seating for all to enjoy a lazy breakfast or have a special family meal. Stairs rise to the landing from the lounge where you will find two bedrooms: one bunk bedroom ideal for children, and a super king size zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request). The super king room is spacious and light with a Smart TV, plenty of storage and hanging space. At the rear of the property is the further bedroom with a king size bed and views across the countryside towards St Agnes and a modern and contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside, from the utility area, is the enclosed garden with a terrace with seating, where you can dine alfresco with the charcoal BBQ on the go. There's also an area of lawn and a variety of mature shrubs and plants with farmland beyond the garden.
