This villa is spread across three levels. The ground and first floors are connected by a lift or external stairs, while the second floor is only reachable by steps.
There are two kitchens here.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
Two of the double beds can be divided into singles upon request. The bedrooms in the attic have sloped ceilings, with a minimum height of 1.2m.
The swimming pool is available to use from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It's reached via two small flights of stairs.
Air conditioning is available in the living areas on the ground and first floor, and the bedrooms.
The nearest town is Colleferro, 3km away. We suggest hiring a car here – on-site parking is available.
