10 Customer Reviews

  • "This is a lovely property in a great location."

Gorgeous views and very peaceful. Any issues were promptly sorted. The property has everything you need and more! Lots of books and games, even some toys for little ones. Porth on your doorstep and a short drive to Newquay. Our favourite hang out was Fistral Beach just 15 mins away. We had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat.

The property

Set on the outskirts of Newquay, a bustling seaside town in Cornwall, is this stylish two-bedroom holiday home, Three Gables.

Just paces away from the beach and an array of local amenities, whilst featuring a colourful and bright interior, with a grand open-plan living space, and two well-presented bedrooms with en-suites in tow, the property welcomes four guests, perfect for a seascape.

Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, before gathering around the dining table, and toasting to your getaway; plush sofas, an electric fire, and a wall-mounted TV are also homed in this space, where you can relax and socialise as a group.

To the front of Three Gables, enjoy far-reaching views across the valley, where you can unwind, opt for alfresco dining, or perhaps read one of many books on offer at the abode.

Be delighted by the two spacious bedrooms on offer, both completed with contemporary fixtures and sleek en-suites, whilst providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group, across a double and a bunk; head to the master bedrooms balcony, the idyllic viewing point for a sunrise or sunset.

Venturing into Newquay, be spoilt for choice when dining out, with The Fish Bar, Great Western Surf Cafe, and Senor Dicks Mexican Restaurant as firm favourites.

Within proximity you'll also arrive at Whipsiddery Beach, a stunning hidden gem, noted as one of Europe's most attractive beaches, along with the family-friendly attractions of Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium.

Further into the town, enjoy walks across the clifftop towards Huer's Hut, opt for a leisurely stroll across the 26-acres of Trenance Gardens and Park, with its resident boating lake, or gather the whole family and spend the day at Dairyland Farm Park, offering a range of indoor and outdoor activities, such as pony and tractor rides.

Travelling down to St Agnes, stop off at Perranporth Beach to soak in the sunshine and take a dip in the sea, before appreciating the clifftop vistas displayed at St Agnes Head, covering the Cornish coastline, whilst Idless Woods is a recommended setting for avid walkers and cyclists, a nature-filled woodland, within proximity to the bustling city of Truro and its wealth of amenities.

Enjoy your stay in Cornwall at Three Gables.
