It really is home from home, they have thought of everything. The location and views from the balcony are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped with high end equipment so you can cook any meal. The beds are comfortable. It's clean and tidy. Its super dog friendly. We really didn't want our holiday to end and the kids commented they would like to live there. And thank you for the amazing welcome pack after a long journey it was really appreciated.

"We had a great stay at 11 Ebbtide."
We stayed for 15 days in September, the weather was great.
Downstairs are the two bedrooms, a dressing, two bathrooms and utilityspace with washer/dryer and garden.
Upstairs a big livingroom with views of the beach and sea. On the balcony you can have a sitdown and enjoy the views. There is an nice fully equiped kitchenarea with views at the parking (looking out on our car).
The house is a newbuild and has al the facilities you need. It’s very clean, very good bed, rainshower. Everything was perfect for our holiday.
Also the contact with the owner was perfect.
We travelled with our two dogs (Viszla and Weimaraner) and the house is excellent for them. A close walk to the beach and coastal path. Also closeby an area for the first morning dogwalk (Century Cr) where you can meet the very friendly neighborhood doggies. There is always a handwave or a friendly talk with the locals. From there you can walk to St Columb minor. A walk to Watergate Bay on the cliffside and a return beachwalk (ebbtide) to Porth is great. Closeby there is the Mermaid Inn for a good meal and a lovely tearoom Gwenna.
We and our dogs had a great stay at 11 Ebbtide.

Top quality fabric and furnishings .
Lovely little garden with good quality garden furniture ( beautiful big table and chairs ) . Super balcony - great for watching the sun set over the sea .

"A perfect home from home."
Furnished to a high spec, lots of nice touches like the welcome pack and inclusion of tea/coffee/salt/spices etc. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the beach is just a couple minutes walk. I wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Highly reccommend.

"Really brilliant property and we had a great time."
It was in a great location, so close to the beach with a lovely view and easy to walk to some places to eat. We had no problems with the parking.
The facilities were great, loads of room and really comfortable. We used the bbq and the garden, and the balcony was great.
The hot water stopped working on one occasion but we let the owner know and it was fixed within a couple of hours.
There’s nothing I would change about it, it was perfect.

"11 Ebbtide was absolutely perfect and was just as described when we booked."
The location was perfect with a great view of Porth beach, which was only a 5 minute walk away. The facilities were brilliant, especially all the amenities provided in the kitchen, as we did not expect it to have everything that it did. We would highly recommend this property and are likely to come back in the future.

"Beautiful house."
The beds were extremely comfortable. The furnishings and equipment were of a very high quality - everything has been considered (including for the family dog). "The location of the property was excellent."
The views were better than we imagined - the view over Porth Beach and the sea were exceptional, better than the photos online gave it credit for.
The quality of fixtures/fittings were excellent. Really high quality.
The property felt very spacious - the people designing the house have done a great job i maximising the views, space available and comfort.
The garden area was fab -we didn't use it much given it was February but a huge bonus.
We would return and recommend it to others
The welcome pack was superb - high-quality chocolates and a bottle of prosecco.

"We had a very good feeling about the holiday and home right from the start with excellent correspondence from the owner and an incredibly detailed information pack."
The house was immaculate, spacious, modern, with fabulous views from the balcony and so warm! Great after surfing at Porth beach just a couple of minutes walk away!
We are a family of 5 and always felt really at home. All my children took it in turns to sleep on the large sofa bed which was so comfortable. Each night we sat all together comfortably on the large L Shaped Sofa and watched a film.
The greatest complement you can have in the hospitality industry is repeat business, we have already booked again for next year! It was that good!

"We drove from the Midlands and the property was easy to find."
An ideal location for a family with young kids and a dog. Beach access in 2 minutes, beautiful location, access to an easy walking route with amazing views. Close to other beaches. Shopping and more importantly McDonald's a short drive away. Property is new and immaculately maintained, kids loved it and wanted to stay longer.Private parking spot easy to access. Dog friendly. Highly recommend.

"Such a beautiful place to stay."
The house was one of the best equipped ones we have stayed in and all of the little touches were fantastic. We didn’t end up bringing our dog, but if we did there were so many lovely things for a dog too.
The views of the sunset were incredible from the balcony. I can’t recommend this property enough and we had the best time.

Where you’ll be staying
PORTH
Newquay 1.3 miles; Truro 15 miles.
Porth is a small seaside village on the outskirts of Newquay. The village offers a shop, cafes, restaurants and a pub on the sandy beach, plus nearby is the South West Coast Path, which boasts spectacular scenery. Watergate Bay, with its rolling waves, surf schools, cafe and pubs, is a short walk away, and the popular resort of Newquay with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo and aquarium is well worth a visit. Fistral Beach and surf centre are three miles west of Porth, whilst the surf training school at Lusty Glaze Beach is actually within the village. The charming fishing village of Padstow, along with Bodmin Moor, the city of Truro, Falmouth and the world-famous Eden Project are all within easy reach, making Porth an ideal base for a Cornish getaway.
