Church Rooms is a three-storey cottage brimming with character in the heart of Port Isaac, Cornwall.
The property welcomes a group of six to explore spectacular coastlines, Cornish heritage and sandy beaches.
With private parking, Church Rooms has gated access for an easy arrival into your home-from-home by the sea.
Inside you will find beautiful renovations, contemporary furnishings and stylish artwork, with some unique features.
Choose from one of three lovely, ground-floor double bedrooms to unpack your belongings, freshen up in the en-suite shower rooms complete with heated towel rails, or relax after your journey by sinking into the sheets and turning on the TV.
A handy cloakroom offers a basin and WC, alongside a washing machine and tumble dryer to keep your clothes fresh throughout your holiday.
Follow the stairs to the first floor where a stylish kitchen/diner with magnificent wooden beams, sloped ceilings and Velux windows awaits; set the dining table for an evening meal, rustled up by the group's chef in the smartly furnished kitchen area.
Follow a few steps down to the neighbouring sitting room, the wonderful social hub of the house, where guests can gather to play games, settle into the plush sofas with a glass of wine and start the woodburning stove to set a relaxing scene.
Large patio doors open out onto the balcony with superb sea views across Port Isaac's rooftops, a sunny spot to enjoy your morning coffee and relish your peaceful holiday.
Adding rustic charm to Church Rooms, climb the ladder up to the second-floor mezzanine snug overlooking the living areas with more beautiful views in a tranquil spot, ideal for resting with a good book or catching up with a loved one.
Outside the front patio has a wooden bench to sit and watch the world go by before heading out into the heart of Port Isaac.
The beautiful fishing village retains much of its original charm with an abundance of shops and eateries to stock up for your favourite home-cooked meals or enjoy dinner out, before savouring an evening stroll along the pretty harbour.
With picturesque coastlines and idyllic sandy beaches within reach, journey west for a day in Polzeath, a small village and haven for surfers; stroll along picture-perfect sand and shingle beaches, explore an abundance of rock pools or take the coastal paths for breath-taking sea views from The Rumps and the National Trust Pentire Point.
A little further west takes you to Padstow with traditional fisherman's cottages and merchants to taste local seafood, cycle or walk The Camel Trail and take in the fantastic scenery, or enjoy a boat trip across the stunning harbour for wildlife spotting or fishing.
Storytellers will love Tintagel, bursting with myths and legends; climb cliffs up to the ruins of Tintagel Castle, discover Merlin's Cave during low tides, finishing the day with a delicious supper in one of the quaint tea rooms.

Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. There is ample parking at the top of the village and the village is a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions including the dramatic Doyden Castle, the beautiful Lundy Bay and the famous Doc Martin's clinic. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village. Just a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike.
