Tucked away within the idyllic Normans Bay, this spacious house is right on the beach and perfect for friends and family looking to spend some quality time together. The house is on a private road with no public parking, so the beach feels very exclusive. This area of coastline is surrounded by the South Downs, famous for their white chalk cliffs. Spend some time exploring Seven Sisters National Park (8 miles) and Cuckmere Haven (9 miles), which is where the River Haven meets the English Channel. You will be spoilt for choice for where to take the kids with Drusillas Park (11.6 miles), Treasure Island Adventure Park (5.3 miles) and Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway (5.6 miles), all great fun for all the family. This four bedroom beach house is spacious and has been tastefully renovated by the owner to take advantage of its fantastic beachfront location. Make your way into the property through a useful utility room with a washing machine and space to discard coats and boots. Continue through the hallway, which has a downstairs WC, and you will find the fully equipped kitchen to your left, perfect for preparing some fresh food ready to go on the BBQ. The rest of the ground floor enjoys open plan living space with a large dining table utilising the sea views and comfortably seating up to 12. There is a lounge area with Smart TV with Netflix and a wood burner for the cooler months, with plenty of seating on the comfortable sofas. There is another separate seating area with views of the ocean and an area with some games and crafts to keep the children occupied. Just off the main living space, there is a summer room with a further table and chairs creating another dining space or somewhere to relax with a drink whilst listening to the ocean. On the first floor of the property are three bedrooms, one with a king size bed and lovely sea views, one double bedroom, with a lovely balcony with table and chairs and sea views and a further room with bunk beds (double on the bottom and a single on the top). There is also a family bathroom on this floor with shower, bath, WC and basin. Access to the staircase that leads up to the fourth bedroom is through the bunk room. The fourth bedroom, on the second floor, has a double bed, single bed and an en suite shower room. The house has full central heating throughout making it a perfect getaway all year round. Outside there is further comfortable seating, a charcoal BBQ and a trampoline for the children to enjoy. Head through the garden and step straight onto the beach which stretches for miles along the inspiring coastline. To the front of the house are amazing views across the Sussex Marches with an abundance of wildlife and beautiful sunsets. Just 300 yards away is the local train station with direct access to Brighton and London with stops including Gatwick Airport and Victoria.
