Despite its peaceful coastal location, the house is within easy reach of the local amenities at Pevensey, and the train station at Normans Bay is just 300 metres away offering services to Hastings, Eastbourne, Bexhill, Brighton and London. Keen walkers can enjoy exploring the local footpaths on offer across the Pevensey Levels, and the South Downs are within easy reach (5 miles), offering breathtaking views of the coastline and the famous chalk cliffs. Families will enjoy spending time at nearby Drusillas Park (11.6 miles), Treasure Island Adventure Park (5.5 miles) and Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway (5.6 miles), all great fun for all the family. And for adults, why not take a trip to the local Eastbourne Theatres (5.5 miles) that offers a variety of shows, the award winning Towner Art Gallery, or the iconic De la Warr Pavilion in Bexhill (4.5 miles). Step through the front door of this fabulous beach house and into the welcoming hallway where there is space for dropping off coats and sandy shoes. Continue through the hallway, which has a downstairs WC, and where you will find the fully equipped kitchen to your right, perfect for preparing delicious family meals. The rest of the ground floor enjoys an open plan living space with a large dining table with seating for seven. The lounge area is cosy and inviting with a Smart TV and a wood burner for the cooler months, with plenty of seating on the comfortable sofas. Doors from the lounge/diner lead out into the summer room which has comfortable rattan seating and a separate table and chairs perfect for enjoying breakfast and listening to the waves crashing on the beach, or for children to enjoy playing one of the many board games on offer. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, a double with views across to the countryside at the front of the property, a king size room, and a triple room with bunk beds and a single bed, both of which enjoy the sea views that stretch along the coast to Beachy Head. Completing the first floor is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside, there is further comfortable seating, a patio table and chairs for outside dining, a charcoal BBQ, a children s swing, and a trampoline for them to enjoy. Beyond the garden area is direct access to the semi private beach which stretches for miles along the breath taking coastline and where the whole family can spend the day paddling and swimming.
