Bustling Falmouth with its sandy beaches, harbour and excellent sailing opportunities is just a couple of miles away and a string of beaches and coves line the infamous coast of the Lizard Peninsula. The north coasts are just as accessible with renowned surfing beaches. The single storey accommodation is a converted workshop, its vaulted ceilings and exposed beams helping it retain charm and character. The lounge/kitchen/diner is open plan. The cosy lounge enjoys beautiful views and is equipped with Smart TV, sofa bed and doors leading to the patio area. The dining area looks out onto the patio.
