The beautiful waterfall of Aira Force (2.5 miles) is a must see, take a short walk through the woodland to reach the waterfall and enjoy its breath taking beauty. The popular village of Pooley Bridge is only 6.5 miles away whereas the historic market town of Penrith with its abundance of local landmarks, shops and eateries is only 12 miles. As you approach the cottage, you'll immediately notice its quaint and rustic exterior, complete with a welcoming porch, perfect for muddy boots and hanging coats. Inside, the cottage features an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner area. Steep ladder style stairs lead to the second floor where you ll find a double bedroom, a peaceful retreat with a comfortable bed and soft lighting to help you unwind after a busy day exploring the local area.
