The large country kitchen/dining area is off the hall , well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, it has a Smart Tv and patio doors leading onto the garden with amazing views of the countryside. This area of the house offers a great social space to catch up over a meal or breakfast. Next door there is a utility/boot room with washing machine, this room can be accessed from the garden.
