This is a fantastic location for those after sophisticated living and outdoor adventures. Just 1.5 miles away, the quintessential English village of Greystoke is home to a heated open air swimming pool and a friendly pub. Walkers can take on the heights of Eycott Hill, 2.5 miles away, or Berrier Hill, 5 miles away, while cyclists can join the popular Coast to Coast route, which passes through the edge of the village, or there are off road tracks in Greystoke Forest. Penrith is just 6.5 miles away and provides a good selection of independent shops and eateries, while Keswick, 14.5 miles away, offers a range of outdoor activities including canyoning, hydrospeeding and paddle boarding. Sympathetically converted, this former barn retains much of its original charm through exposed beams and double height ceilings, creating a feeling of space and light throughout. The main living space opens onto a delightful, enclosed sun trap garden for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Beyond this lie extensive shared grounds complete with a walled orchard, large lawns, play area, summer house, woodland and resident pigs. There is off road parking for several cars.
